We provide luxury chauffeur services, including but not limited to hourly hires, airport transfers, long-term assignments, event coverage, and last-minute response services.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is required upon booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
  • Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

4. Service Standards

  • Punctuality: Our chauffeurs arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Vehicle Standards: All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and are fully insured.
  • Professional Conduct: Our chauffeurs are professionally trained and dressed appropriately.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Punctuality: Clients are responsible for being on time. Delays may result in additional charges.
  • Conduct: Clients must behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and vehicles. Any damage caused by the client will be charged accordingly.

6. Liability

  • Limitations: While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Chauffeur De Luxe is not responsible for lost items.

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Dispute Resolution
